Thermoplastic Pre Heater
THERMOPLASTIC BOILER
A thermoplastic preheater is a crucial piece of equipment used in road marking. Its primary function is to melt, heat, and mix thermoplastic materials, making them ready for application via a road marking machine.
The thermoplastic material is heated directly from the burner, which is placed at the bottom of the preheater. Therefore, the heating of the thermoplastic material is done from this one location – the bottom of the preheater.

TANK CAPACITY: 350 Kgs
Advantages of Direct Heating System in Thermoplastic Preheater
- Lower cost price due to the more simple construction
- Simple construction – no thermal oil reservoir is build into the construction
- Quick heating time due to the burner only needing to heat the steel of the preheater – no thermal oil as an in-between medium
- Higher melting capacity due to more effect heating in the preheater, which then heats and melts the thermoplastic

FAQs About Our Thermoplastic Pre Heater?
A thermoplastic pre-heater is a machine used to melt and prepare thermoplastic road marking materials to the required temperature for application. It ensures the material is properly mixed and heated for uniform application.
Our pre-heater typically includes:
- Heating system: Uses LPG burners or diesel for heating.
- Agitators: For consistent mixing of the material.
- Thermometer and temperature control: Ensures precise temperature monitoring.
- Capacity tanks: Designed to handle specific volumes of material.
The heating time depends on the volume and type of material, but typically, it takes 30–60 minutes to reach the ideal application temperature of 180–200°C (356–392°F).
Yes! Our pre-heaters are designed with user-friendly controls and safety mechanisms to ensure efficient and safe operation. We also provide training if needed.
