BOLTED TYPE SILOS
Bolted silos are ideal for long-distance transportation. They can be disassembled into modular parts, allowing two silos with equipment to fit into a single 40FT open top container. Once assembled, these silos can be moved over shorter distances if needed, offering versatility for various projects. HORIZONTAL TYPE SILO
GAJJAR manufactures horizontal silos using mild steel plates, designed to channel material into a horizontally aligned screw conveyor at the bin’s lower end. This conveyor extracts the material and transfers it to an inclined screw conveyor, which then discharges it from a height of 4.2 meters. GAJJAR’s horizontal silos come equipped with a control panel for the horizontal screw conveyor, vibrators, and the inclined screw conveyor. This control panel allows for automatic operation during the batching of a specified cement quantity, as well as manual operation via push buttons

Standard silo equipment pack consists of the following:
