Working Principle
- Weighing of Virgin Aggregates
Aggregates are accurately proportioned through cold aggregate feeder bins to maintain mix consistency. - Drying and Heating
Aggregates are fed into the rotating dryer drum where moisture is removed and materials are heated to the required temperature. - Aggregate Flow and Mixing
Heated aggregates move smoothly through the drum while bitumen is injected at a controlled rate for uniform coating. - Continuous Asphalt Production
